Microsoft NetMeeting uses Windows-style functions for easy use
Microsoft
NetMeeting is a video conferencing system that is
user friendly, efficient and backed by the powerful
Microsoft name. Well-designed, thoroughly thought-out and

in-depth; this application has the flexibility for
everything from small businesses to large corporations.
The video conferencing program has a wide range of
capabilities because of the many extras that are part of the

presentations right in the NetMeeting system, sharing them
with everyone in your video conferencing loop. Drag and drop
and cut and paste features make it so easy to use, and the
T.126 compliance means you can use it with most other
systems. You can also take a photo with your video camera
and post it directly on the application's white board, where
it can be marked up and analyzed -- perfect for graphic
artists or architects who need visuals on a regular basis!
Real-time video conferencing, graphics sharing, file
sharing and massive storage capabilities for membership on
the server maintained by the NetMeeting software combine to
make it a powerful solution that’s exceptionally easy to use
because of the familiar Microsoft functionality.
